Guest Chef: A Dinner with Chris Bianco

I am pleased to announce that on July 26th, my good friend and chef Chris Bianco (Pizzeria Bianco / Tratto) will be taking over the controls at Sessanta, working with our new Executive Chef, formerly of Vetri, where the two originally met years ago when he was chef at Vetri under Marc. I have known Chris for more than 20 years and enjoyed watching him grow, evolve and expand on his talents for pizza, pasta and pretty much delicious food in general.

For the night, he will be serving a three-course set menu along with wine pairings, and each guest receives a copy of his latest cookbook, Bianco: Pizza, Pasta – and Other Things I Love.

Tickets available via RESY, $150 inclusive (wine pair and book included, does not include gratuity or special beverages).
