Bowery Meat Company: Butternut Squash Carpaccio- Pecans, pickled Shallots, goat cheese, sage, maple cider vinaigrette or at Sessanta: Tartuffo- Frozen pistachio semifreddo glazed with melted dark chocolate; complete with fresh figs and balsamic fig sauce or at Lure: Lobster Special- Lobster, steamed or grilled (2 to 5 lbs) from Maine are served with lemons and drawn butter.
